Later, the pair finished fifth in the Goodwill Games. They also had success as a team, winning the Finlandia Trophy two times and participating in the Grand Prix of Figure Skating. The partnership achieved great things but it was their 15th-place finish at the World Championships in 1998 that represented the peak of the partnership.
